With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and event sectors, Jeff Shuck has led the Event 360 team to produce more than 200 fundraising events involving hundreds of thousands of participants, which have collectively raised more than $400 million for charity.

James Young brings over 10 years experience in the software industry to Convio, where he has served in recent years as a product manager and a product marketing manager. As Senior Open Strategy Manager, he now oversees strategy and programs for Convio Open Initiative and related social media integrations.
